Highlights

Banking reconciliation board

See cash in myBooksAi next to what your bank reports, and the unexplained difference at a glance. Reconcile line by line with an inline categorize panel, set bank rules, match open invoices and bills, and record the payment in one click. AI Suggest helps categorize bank lines on Premium and Enterprise plans (10 runs per month).

Recurring transaction templates

Set up recurring transactions faster with reusable templates, and update default templates safely.

Dashboard V3

An AI business brief, floating tips, and a needs-attention summary of overdue and due-soon invoices. Prior-period comparison now shows the right numbers.

Wider audit trail

Audit coverage now includes documents, users, banking, subscriptions, inventory, and recycle-bin restore and delete, with new filters on the Audit Report.

Subscriptions

Cancel Razorpay subscriptions yourself, and a duplicate Stripe subscription issue is fixed.

Faster app

Quicker first load, faster screen transitions, and a warm-up on launch so the app feels responsive sooner.

  • Expenses:Pay via Accounts Payable. These expenses show as payable and can be settled with vendor payments.
  • Invoices:Port Code field for GST export and overseas invoices.
  • Invoices:Per-line profit on the transaction detail view. Invoice profitability is visible to Admins only.
  • Transactions:New Document Trail section on the transaction detail view.
  • Items:Secondary unit of measure and an Item Group picker.
  • Contacts:Expanded Quick Create Contact modal. A contact with only an opening-balance transaction can now be deleted.
  • Roles:Custom roles can hide Purchase Rate and Contact Balance.
  • Reports:Reconciliation status on the Bank Statement report, customer/vendor filter on Invoice and Purchase Bill reports, and a Status column on the transaction report.
  • Reports:Bank Statement now requires choosing a bank account, so it loads faster.
  • Opening balance:Easier Opening Balance entry screen.
  • Email:Unsubscribe options in automated emails and a public email-preferences page.
  • Support:The Contact Us form now creates a support ticket for our team.
  • Sign-in:Google sign-in button updated to Google's branding, and a native app-install prompt.
  • GST:Faster GSTIN lookups and clearer ITC eligibility labels.

Fixes

  • Status stamp now appears on every invoice template, and print/PDF width matches the preview.
  • Shipping tax is included in the printed tax breakup and the HSN-wise tax summary.
  • Ledger balances are recalculated when bulk edits move transactions across a financial year.
  • Credit-card deposit and withdrawal signs are corrected for bank transactions.
  • Bulk categorize no longer leaves orphaned accounting records if a batch fails midway.
  • Bulk import now rejects rows with missing or unreadable dates.
  • Dashboard totals include opening balances of accounts without a branch.
  • Search results open correctly for bank transactions.
  • Expense, Contact and Item forms jump to the first error and show clear toast messages.
  • Switching business no longer requires logging out or reloading.
  • “Show tax summary” and “balance due” are on by default, including for existing businesses.
  • Corrected instructions in the sample upload files.
  • Smaller fixes to opening stock saving, partial-paid status, document numbering, and contact creation.
